A new-build residential development delivered during the first wave of Thameside developments in London involved the procurement of a row of 10 grand terraces under a bespoke contract, procured traditionally.

This £35 million new-build residential development comprised 52 new Georgian-style townhouses forming one phase of a 15-year masterplan.  Value-added through discharging commercial, and claims management, acting for the Developer in direct negotiations with its Subcontractors.
