A low-density high-end residential development comprised 526 semi-detached villas, including a luxury club-house for the residents and some retail.

This luxury development offered 16 different interior fit-out options which required a complex procurement approach whereby the Employer retained considerable flexibility to award subcontracts in line with the demand of the potential buyers.
